RETURNS

We will gladly offer a refund on most items if the items are returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Once the item is returned, you will receive a credit for the amount of the item, excluding shipping costs. It may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement. See below for items that cannot be returned for reasons other than damage.

Items, which cannot be returned include sale merchandise and all Custom Order merchandise. These items will be clearly noted as Custom Orders in the product description pages of the Bellewether site. Customers placing a custom order will be asked to sign a sales confirmation prior to the order being placed in production. A 50% deposit will be taken on custom orders at the time the order has been approved by the customer and placed into production. The remaining 50% is due upon shipment of the Custom Order to the customer.

RE-STOCKING FEES

Occasionally, Bellewether will offer merchandise which ships directly from the manufacturer. These items may be returned with pre-approval by Bellewether. However, a re-stocking fee of 20% will apply on these items. Items containing possible re-stocking fees will be clearly noted in the product description.

SHIPPING

Bellewether ships most items via UPS or the United States Post Office. Shipping rates are 12% of the total order. Furniture and larger items will ship common carrier with curbside delivery. White glove in home delivery service is available for an additional charge. Please contact customer service to obtain a quote for white glove delivery.

Bellewether can ship items internationally with the exception of over-sized furniture. International shipping rates are additional. Please contact customer service to obtain an international shipping quote.

Email addresses collected at shopbellewether.com are only used internally. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your email address to other companies. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time.
